| Required PC system for DRM |
"DRM" is the abbreviated name of "Digital Rights Managements".
It is the technology that protects the copyright of the digitized data aiming at copyright managements.
About the contents corresponding to DRM, only the person who acquired the license of the movie can view.
Occasionally, DRM file may trouble downloading due to your Internet environment.
So, please confirm the PC system requirements before purchase.

The download file can be watched indefinite duration.
But, if you completely cancelled the membership after download, the file could not be played. |

| How can I download and play the movie? |
Follow the procedures below to download a movie
- Take a mouse on the download button.
- Please click the right button of the mouse.
- Select "Save Target As" from opened dialogue.
- Select the hard disk with enough size of capacity and save it.
- Downloading will start, so please wait for a while.
- After finished downloading, play it.
- Certification screen is displayed; Please input the purchased license and User Name.
- After finishing the certification, the movie starts.

| Error message says "Page not found" or "Internet connection failed" even though connecting to the Internet. |
When firewall or proxy is in the PC, there are cases that cannot connect to the license server normally.
Please cancel the firewall and proxy, then try to play again.
The firewall equipped by Anti-virus software and router, Windows XP with standard.
In addition, please follow the references of cancellation method to setting the proxy.

-> Remove the check from proxy, close the browser and login again.

| Media Player security upgrade is requested when playing the movie, and if click "OK" button displayed the screen "unknown error detected". |

| Error message says "Problem occurred in DRM component" or "Problem occurred in storage of license". |
DRM license file might be damaged during the license certification.
Please reference the following method and initialize the DRM license file.
*DRM is the abbreviated name of "Digital Rights Management", and it is the copyright management of digital video and music delivery.
IMPORTANT
If the semi-transparent file or folder is deleted, there is possibility that PC may not startup.
If you finish deleting the files, open the "Folder Options" again, and put a check on "Hide protected operating system files (Recommended)".
When other files are deleted by mistake, we cannot take any responsibility for it.
[For Windows 2000, XP]
1. Open "My Computer" and go to menu bar, click "Tools" menu, then select "Folder Options".
2. From "Folder Options" window, click "View" tab, in the "Advanced settings" box there is "Hidden files and folders", so put a check on "Show hidden files and folders".
(If it is not already selected)
Click "Apply" then "OK".
3. Please open "DRM Folder" in following order from "My Computer". And delete all files in the "DRM Folder".
Location of DRM Folder
C Drive -> Documents and Settings Folder -> All Users Folder -> DRM Folder
[For Windows Me]
1. Open "My Computer" and click "Tools" menu, then click "Folder Options".
2. From "Folder Options" window, click "View" tab, in the "Advanced settings" box there is "Hidden files and folders", so put a check on "Show hidden files and folders".
(If it is not already selected)
Click "Apply" then "OK".
3. Please open "DRM Folder" in following order from "My Computer". And delete all files in the "DRM Folder".
Location of DRM Folder
C Drive -> Windows Folder -> DRM Folder
[For Windows 98SE]
1. Open "My Computer" and click "Tools" menu then click "Folder Options".
2. From "Folder Options" window, click "View" tab, in the "Advanced settings" box, under "Hidden files and folders" click "Show hidden files and folders".
(If it is not already selected)
Click "Apply" then "OK".
3. Please open "DRM Folder" in following order from "My Computer". And delete all files in the "DRM Folder".
Location of DRM Folder
C Drive -> Windows Folder -> All Users Folder -> DRM Folder
4. (For All):
Please uncheck the "Hide Protected Operating System Files (Recommended)" box.
Click "Apply"(A) then click "OK"(B).

| Cannot play the movie, and error message says "License of media file is broken". |
This error occurs when the PC clock is faster than the clock of the license server.
Please adjust your PC clock to the right date and time. |

You need to acquire the license again. It takes time to publish the new license.

1. In the Internet Explore click "Tools" from the menu and click "Internet Properties".
2. Click "Security" tab and then click "Custom Lebel".
3. Select "Enable" on all script items and click "OK" button then click "Apply" button, and again click "OK" button.
