We can think of some reasons for the incomplete registration.
In order to avoid multiple registrations, a registration with the same e-mail address can't be completed.
In order to avoid multiple accounting, a registration with the same credit card number can't be completed. You entered an invalid e-mail address.
If an e-mail of "Returned Mail" is sent to our support center, we cancel your registration. In that case, please register once again.
A problem with the mail server that you are using your mailbox is too full to receive e-mail or your mailer sends e-mail from an unknown user to a junk mail box.
It is possible that you didn't realize our e-mail as it went to a junk mail box. (Especially for those who use Hotmail or Yahoo.) Before the inquiry, please check the mail setting.
If you set your mailer not to receive e-mail from an unknown user, our registration confirmation mail with your password will not get to you. Please change the setting in order to avoid it. |

| Cellular phone e-mail has a limit to its number of letter. So, we recommend that our customers use normal computer e-mail address. |
