About the sample movie stream.
|

| Cannot play the sample movie. |
Please perform from the following steps.
1) Internet Explorer and Windows Media Player version up. (IE 6.02 +, Windows Media Player Version 9 +)
2) The "Temporary Internet Files" contains web page content that are stored in your hard disk for quick viewing.
  To delete the "Temporary Internet Files", follow these steps:
  1. Click "Start", click "Control Panel", and then click "Internet Properties".
  2. On the "General" tab, click "Delete files" under "Temporary Internet Files".
  3. In the "Delete files" dialog box, select the "Delete all offline content" check box.
  4. Click "OK".
* If there are significant amount of web page contents in the "Temporary Internet Files", this process may take several minutes to complete.
If you cannot play the movie, although deleting the "Temporary Internet Files", try the steps above several times.
3) Download the latest codec.
Windows Media Player cannot play the movie because the required codec is not installed in your computer.
Please download the codec installation package later than Windows Media Player 7.1 from the following page, and install it.

4) In Windows Media Player, click "Tools", click "Options" and then click "File types". Confirm whether the Windows Media file (asf) is checked.

5) Please install DirectX from the following page.

6) Intercepted by a firewall.
When playing the movie in school or company, you may not watch it because of a firewall.
Please refer "Configuration of proxy setting".
7) The link between browser and Windows Media Player is disconnected.
When using Netscape Communicator, Windows Media Player may not react automatically.
In this case, you need to create the link between the browser and the Windows Media Player by yourself.
Open Netscape Communicator, in the upper part of menu click "Edit". Click "Setting" and then click "Navigator = application".
If you choose to use Windows Media Player, it will start automatically.
If procedure above does not solve the problem, copy the error message and the version of Windows Media Player, and the environment of customer's supporting PC (OS, CPU, Memory, Internet connection, Browser, Provider) and send it to shop@aroma-p.com.

| Configuration of proxy setting. |
Please perform the following steps to set HTTP proxy.
[For Windows]
1. Start Windows Media Player.
2. In the "Tools" menu, click "Options".
3. From "Options" window click the "Network" tab.
4. In the "Streaming proxy settings" section, click "HTTP protocol", and click "Configure".
5. From "Configure protocol" window, click the "Use proxy setting of the web browser".
6. Click "OK". |

| I want to download the sample movie. |
| LACTAMANIA.TV's sample movie cannot be downloaded. Only video streaming is available. |

Windows Media Player Version 9 or later is required to watch the sample movie. If you do not have it, please download from following button.
The customer whose version is older than version 9, go to "Help" of Windows Media Player menu and "Upgrade the Player".
The customer with Windows 2000 or Me, please download the latest version from following button and install it.

This problem may occur if there is not enough Internet connection speed to play both audio and video.
Please play the most suitable movie in your system environment, which is shown above. |

| Which movie should I play, 64K or 500K? |
Picture quality and screen size are the difference between 64K and 500K.
The customers using ISDN are suggested to play 64K and the customers using 500K DSL (more than 1.5M), cable TV, FTTH (the optical cable) are suggested to play 500K.
When playing 500K, trouble like taking long time to play, or playing only sound, or frequently stops happen, please watch 64K. |

| Video image is distorted or stopped, image quality is poor. |
The Internet congestion may be the main reason.
It means there is not enough available bandwidth to play the selected movie.
Also your PC memory might be not enough to play the movie.

| Using the cable line but cannot play the movie. |
There is a possibility to play the movie by using specific port number.
